MOIST & TASTY PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. salad oil 2 c. canned pumpkin 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. allspice 2 tsp. baking soda 2/3 c. water 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts Cream sugar, eggs and oil. Add pumpkin. Add sifted dry ingredients, alternating with water and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 loaf pans for 45 minutes. Bananas or applesauce may be substituted for pumpkin. |
