TUNA NOODLE PATTIES 
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. crushed uncooked fine noodles
1/2 c. fine chopped celery
2 tbsp. pimento, optional
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In bowl, combine 1/4 cup soup, tuna, noodles, celery, and pimento. Shape into 6 patties; coat with bread crumbs.

In skillet, brown patties in butter (add more if necessary). Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine remaining soup, milk, parsley, and lemon. Heat; stir occasionally. Serve over patties.
