CHILI QUICHE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan which will be used for baking. Beat eggs and add flour, baking powder, and salt. When blended, add butter, chilies, and cheese. Blend thoroughly. May add bacon for additional flavor. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes more.
