PUMPKIN BARS 
FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth.

BATTER:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts

Beat together eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and butter. Add dry ingredients and nuts to batter and mix well. Pour half of batter into pan. Spread cheese mixture over top. Pour other half of batter into pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
