PANCIT GUISADO 
1 c. boiled lean pork, cut into strips
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 carrots, sliced in strips
1 onion, sliced
3 tsp. pork broth
1 c. cabbage, sliced
1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled
4 tbsp. oil
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
1 lb. rice noodles or thin spaghetti

Fry garlic in hot oil until golden brown. Add onion and cook until transparent and add pork and shrimp, stirring constantly until shrimp turn pink. Add soy sauce and broth and let cook another three minutes.

Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add spaghetti (under cooked) and mix well with other ingredients. Lower the heat and cook covered another 5 minutes. Correct taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with sliced boiled egg and chopped green onions.
