CORNFLAKE CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
1 bottle Catalina dressing
1 box corn flakes
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
Salt
Pepper

Marinate chicken in dressing for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Mix corn flakes with seasonings and coat the chicken by rolling it through mixture a few times.

Place well coated chicken on greased cookie sheet and bake for at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is cooked and flakes are golden.
