SHELLS & SPINACH BAKE 
3 c. uncooked shells
3 1/2 c. (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
2 c. (1 lb.) cottage cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella
1 c. chopped fresh spinach
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook shells according to directions; drain. Toss with 2 1/2 cups sauce. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

In 2 1/2 quart casserole, layer 1/2 shell mixture; spread cheese filling over shells. Cover with remaining shells; top with remaining 1 cup sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 4-6 servings.
