LEMON PUDDING CAKE | |
4 eggs, separated 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. milk Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Blend egg yolks, juice and oil. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg yolks alternating with milk. Blend or fold in whites until smooth. Pour into 8 inch square baking dish. Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares and serve upside down. |
