Fresh bass or crappie fillets (or your favorite fish) 1 (6 oz.) jar taco spice Black pepper to taste (the more the hotter) Butter Pat fillets dry; dip in melted butter, then place in "shaker" bags with taco spice and pepper mixture. Fry in butter in skillet or drizzle butter over coated fillets and bake in oven. Serve with rice and lots of water. Serves 4 to 6. |
