EASY POUND CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. soft butter
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs

Cream sugar and butter. Add other ingredients and blend at low speed on mixer. Then medium speed 3 minutes. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool upright in pan 15 minutes. Then turn upside down until completely cool. Put on plate and add lemon glaze, if desired.

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1-2 tsp. lemon juice
