SWEET AND SOUR COLE SLAW 
2 c. shredded red cabbage
2 c. shredded green cabbage
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Mix salt, sugar and oil in a cup until well blended. Pour over cabbage, refrigerate for several hours. Serves 4.
