MY MOTHER'S HAM AND EGG SALAD 
1 lb. Smithfield Farm type ham or Virginia ham, minced
4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
2 slices onion, minced
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Delicious served on honey wheat bread. Two chopped dill pickles can be substituted for the pickle relish. One tablespoon of hot dog relish can be substituted for the pickle relish and mustard.
