TOM'S POTATO PANCAKES 
3-4 potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour

Combine ingredients in blender (cut potatoes into pieces and blend with eggs and milk first).

Fry in greased pan over low/medium heat (they take awhile to fry). Makes about 16 4-inch pancakes. Serve with cinnamon applesauce.
