GARLIC POTATOES 
1 lb. sm. new potatoes, scrubbed and patted dry
6 lg. cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
3 tbsp. good quality olive oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper

Place potatoes in a 1 1/2 quart dish. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat potatoes. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100% for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on size of potatoes and microwave). Shake dish once to redistribute potatoes during cooking. Potatoes are done when tip of small knife easily pierces the flesh to the center. Serve hot, cold or reheated, fast, great! Serves 4 as a side dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
