JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
2 (9 inch) Pet Ritz pie shells
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

No mixer needed. Stir butter and sugar until thoroughly mixed. Beat eggs well and stir into the butter and sugar. Next add vinegar, coconut, pecans and raisins. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pierce pie shells with a fork. Add filling to uncooked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until light brown.
