CHICKEN - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4-5 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. Stouffer's/Kraft macaroni and cheese, thawed
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 (2-3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix together first 8 ingredients. Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole or use individual casseroles. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
