CURRIED CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. chopped, salted peanuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 slices toast, buttered

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except toast. Spread mixture on toast being careful to bring it to edges. Broil (or 550 degrees) 3 inches from heat 3 minutes, or until hot. Makes 8 sandwiches.
