EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. hot coffee
Dissolve 2/3 c. cocoa in coffee
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dissolve 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda in 2/3 c. boiling water

350 degrees, 45 minutes. 9x13 pan.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa

Boil 2 minutes low heat. Remove from heat. Put in cold water in pan and beat until consistency to frost.
