LEBONESE BABA GANOOSH DIP 
1 lg. eggplant
1/4 c. sesame tatkini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Pita bread

Cook eggplant by baking oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Allow to cool enough to handle. Slip off the peel. Blend all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on pita bread. Serves 4.
