DRESSING:

2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, not diluted
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. honey

Mix in medium bowl. Add 2 diced, peeled apples. Toss in dressing.

Just before serving add 1 quart washed, drained, torn spinach and mix with apples in dressing. Serves 4 or 5.
