VANILLA NUT COOKIES 
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, then flour mixture, nuts and vanilla. Shape into rolls. Refrigerate overnight. Slice, about 1/4" thick. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
