POTATO STICK SALAD 
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. chopped meat (ham, turkey, chicken, shrimp, etc.)
2 c. salad dressing, sweetened with sugar and thinned with milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds, lightly toasted
1 tall can potato sticks

Blend vegetables, meat, almonds and salad dressing together and let stand for 2 hours or more.

Just before serving, add potato sticks and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
