4 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk

Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add sugar to eggs and mix thoroughly. Bring milk and butter to a boil. Add this mixture to egg mixture and beat vigorously. Add vanilla and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until firm.
