HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 lb. hamburger (80%)
1 lg. chopped onion
2 c. diced carrot
2 c. diced celery
3 1/2 c. diced potato
5 1/2 c. water
2 c. stewed tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash pepper & garlic powder

Brown hamburger with diced onion. Add diced carrot, celery, potatoes, water, stewed tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, sugar, pepper and garlic powder. Bring to boil, then simmer without lid 1 hour or until vegetables are done. Serves 6-8.
