BANANA POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
2 bananas
1 c. oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
2 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mash bananas with oil. Mix rest of ingredients in order. Fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
