PEANUT CHOCOLATE PARFAIT DESSERT 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Devils food cake
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1 egg or Egg Beater
3/4 c. peanuts

FILLING:

3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
5 1/2 oz. vanilla pudding

TOPPING:

1/2 c. peanuts
1.45 oz. bar milk chocolate, grated

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of 9x13 pan. In large bowl, combine base ingredients at medium speed until blended. Spread evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool.

In small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Set aside.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, Cool Whip and pudding. Beat 2 minutes. Pour 1/2 on top of cooled base. Sprinkle with 1/2 of peanut butter mixture. Respread once more and top with peanuts and grated chocolate. Refrigerate or freeze until serving time. Serves 16.
