GREEN BEANS SUPREME 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 c. sour cream
2 cans French style green beans
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Drain green beans and set aside. Melt 1 tablespoon butter; add crushed corn flakes and set aside.

Cook gently 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons flour and remove from heat. Add sugar, onion powder and sour cream to flour mixture. Fold in well drained beans to flour mixture. Pour into 2 quart Pyrex dish. Top with 1/2 pound grated cheese and top this with cereal crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
