4 LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 layer potatoes, sliced round
1 layer onions
1 layer ground beef, browned
1 layer bell peppers, dried
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix Cream of Mushroom soup and tomato sauce with 1/2 can water. Heat. Pour over casserole. Cook until done (approximately 1 hour). Add Mozzarella and Cheddar on top and cook until melted.
