CHEESE SOUFFLE 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
Approximately 1 stick butter

Mix together eggs, milk and dry mustard. Divide bread, torn into chunks, and cheese, cut into small pieces. Divide into equal piles (4 to 6 piles of each). Layer bread and cheese in greased casserole dish. Pour melted butter over bread and cheese. Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese. Let sit overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
