CORN COB JELLY 
1 dozen medium sized red corn cobs
2 qts. water

Wash corn cobs, break into 4" lengths. Place in container; add 2 quarts water and boil 30 to 40 minutes. Strain juice and measure out 3 cups. Put in large container: 3 c. sugar

To 3 cups juice in pot, add pectin; bring to a boil then add 3 cups sugar; bring again to boiling point and boil 5 minutes. Pour in sterilized jars and jelly glasses.
