BANANA BREAD 
3 lg. ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp. butter, melted & cooled
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Mash bananas in bowl. Then beat in sugar, then egg and butter. Sift in flour, salt and baking soda. Stir just until all flour is moistened. Pour in pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
