BAKED SLICED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves

Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Place overlapping slices in buttered 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix butter and oil; brush over slices. Pour remaining butter and oil mixture over potatoes.

Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and thyme leaves. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
