CARAMEL GRAHAM CRACKERS 
24 (2 1/2") cinnamon graham cracker squares
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. chopped pecans

Line a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking sheet with heavy foil. Cover with a single layer of graham crackers. Mix butter, butter and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers, sprinkle nuts on top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Cut into triangles while warm. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
