SOUR CREAM APPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly greased 9"x13" pan.

Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add egg, then sifted dry ingredients. Alternate dry ingredients with sour cream. Add apples, nuts and raisins. Spread batter in pan. Bake for about 35 to 45 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or glaze with confectioners' sugar.
