PEANUT CLUSTERS 
2 lbs. white bark
2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 lbs. salted cocktail peanuts

Melt almond bark and chips in double boiler or microwave. Add peanuts, stir. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
