FANCY COCONUT CAKE 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. vanilla wafers (in crumbs)

Beat eggs and sugar until light yellow and three times the original volume (10 minutes). Mix nuts, coconut, milk, melted butter and wafers. Fold the egg and butter mix together gently. Bake in greased tube pan 1 hour at 375 degrees.
