GERMAN CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, melt butter in microwave for 1 minute. Stir in milk, sugar, and flour. Cook on high for 6 minutes (stir after 3 minutes). Stir in vanilla, coconut, and pecans.

Frost cooled cake while frosting is still hot. Frosts 30 cupcakes or 2 layer cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
