VEGETABLE "PIZZA" 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 pkg. Ranch dip mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Assorted chopped or grated vegetables
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated yellow cheese

Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, olives, green onion, celery.

Spread rolls out on cookie sheet; press gaps together. Bake according to package directions. Mix all other ingredients except vegetables and cheese. Spread over cooked rolls. Add vegetables and cheese to top. Press into "pizza" with a piece of plastic wrap. Chill. Cut into 1-2 inch squares to serve.

COOK'S NOTE: This is also delicious with small shrimp, chopped ham, or drained tuna on top with the vegetables.
