PIZZA MEAT LOAF 
2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. accent
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. oregano
1 c. milk

Combine meat loaf ingredients and bake at 300°F for 1 hour.

Topping:

1 c. pizza sauce
1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 bell pepper, cut in rings
1 small can mushrooms, drained

Top with pizza sauce, bell pepper and mushrooms. Put cheese on top and return to oven long enough to melt cheese.
