MINTS 
2 lbs. powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 c. water
1 egg white
1 3/4 tsp. wintergreen flavoring
8 or 9 tbsp. melted butter

Mix water, egg whites, flavoring and melted butter into powdered sugar and roll into 1" balls. Roll in sugar and place in mint molds. Makes about 225.
