HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3 or 5 tbsp. chili powder
A little garlic
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 or 2 c. water
1 sm. bottle catsup

Brown ground beef and onions together. Then add rest of ingredients. Cook slowly until done, at least 45 minutes.
