LOW CHOLESTEROL CHOCOLATE DUMP
COOKIES
 
2 c. margarine, softened
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. Egg Beaters
1 1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 1/4 c. flour, all-purpose
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chopped nuts

1. Mix thoroughly butter, sugar, Egg Beaters, cocoa, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda and nuts. Cover and chill one hour.

2. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Scoop with a soup spoon (tablespoon) onto ungreased cookie sheets.

3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with finger.

4. Immediately remove from baking sheet; cool.
