RABBIT STEW 
2 rabbits, skinned & cleaned
8 or 10 carrots
8 or 10 sm. potatoes
5 or 6 med. onions
1 c. diced celery

Cut rabbit into pieces and place in large pot. Cover with water. Cut carrots into 2" pieces. Add carrots, whole potatoes and onions. Cook over medium flame, covered about 2 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.
