CHILI STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried garlic pieces
1 (16 oz.) can pinto or red kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. chili powder

Set Power Select at HIGH. In 3-quart casserole dish, crumble ground beef; stir in onion and garlic. Heat 6-7 minutes, stirring once; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat, covered, 6-7 minutes at HIGH. Set Power Select at MEDIUM-LOW. Heat, covered, 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
