MERINGUE CAKE 
1 cake mix (lg.)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg

Mix and press in 9 x 13 inch pan (greased and floured). Mix 3 small boxes pudding (cook kind). Mix as directed on box. Cook 18 minutes in microwave. Whip every 6 minutes. Pour over cake.

Beat 8 egg whites with 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread over pudding. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. You can use any kind of cake or pudding mix that you like.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
