FOUR FOLD DELIGHT | |
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. plain flour 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 3 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. Cool Whip 2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding Milk for pudding mix This is a four layer dessert. For the first layer, mix butter, pecans, and flour. Press into a 13 x 9 x 3 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until brown. Cool. For the second layer, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and Cool Whip. Spread over crust. For the third layer, mix 2 small boxes of chocolate pudding, using 1/2 cup less milk then is called for. Spread over cheese mixture. For the fourth layer, spread Cool Whip evenly over pudding. |
