BARBEUCED HAMBURGER 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Brown meat and onions in a large skillet. Pour off the fat that accumulates. Add all other ingredients, mixing well and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered. Spoon onto hamburger buns. Yield: 6 (1/2 cup) servings. Approximately 200 (or 320 with buns) calories per serving.
