ROAST CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces for 4 people
Carrot sticks
3-4 cloves of garlic
Lemon
1-2 tsp. rosemary leaf
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Arrange pieces of chicken in baking dish with carrot sticks and cloves of garlic.

Squeeze 1/2 lemon over chicken; sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary over chicken. Add half cup of water to baking dish. Bake, basting often, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
