COCOA BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter. Add cocoa. Stir well with spoon. Add sugar, egg and stir. Add flour and salt. Do not over beat.

COCOA FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Melt butter. Add cocoa. Add rest and mix well.
