ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 c. rye bread, cubed
1 stick butter
4 c. sliced zucchini
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed sm.
8 oz. Hunts tomato sauce with 2 tsp. sugar

Saute bread in butter. Place half the bread in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Stir in remaining bread and other ingredients. Pour over bread in pan. Bake 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered. Very good!
